this is what i made for dinner.. mmm tasty. i put a bit to much of the red curry past in though..its verra spicy


2 blocks tofu diced sprinkled with soy sause (i think i would use some other kind of sause instead of soy... it isn't the correct flavor for the curry)
1 onion sliced
1 zuccini diced
4 cloves crushed garlic
1 large tomato
1 bunch of fresh basil
2 carrots sliced thinly
2 tablespoons thai reciepe red curry paste
2 cans coconut milk
hand full of sugar
olive oil

basicly i baked the diced tofu at 350 for about 30 mins while that was baking i sliced the onion, carrots zuccini and tomato. put a bit (about a tablespoon or two) to a wok heated a bit then added the onions. sauteed the onions until starting to get translucent then added the garlic. cooked that for a min or two then added the carrots cooked those for a min or three then added zuccini and half the bunch of basil. i made a clear spot in the middle and added the curry paste let it cook for a bit while i opened the cans of coconut milk. inwhich i promptly added. stirred it a bit.. add the rest of the stuff, sugar, basil, tomatos, tofu. have ontop of rice, couscous any kind of grain.
